A sunny weekend (and we've been waiting a while) calls for salad! This take on the classic greek variety is definately worth trying. Lets just hope the weather lasts!

1 red onion, sliced
Hanfdul Cherry Tomatoes, quartered

Still one of my all time favourite salads Beth. When I was in Greece I thought I might tire of it but I believe I had a version of horiatiki every day for the 5 weeks I was there:D
