White Chocolate Blondies

Another sugar hit for the builders and very popular they were to! Dare I say it but I used Easter egg chocolate for these - yes, Lowen still had some left!

Ingredients:
225g Caster Sugar
4 Eggs
225g Melted Butter
150g Plain Flour
250g White Chocolate

Method:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180 c. Beat sugar and eggs until pale and fluffy
Step 2: Gradually add melted butter and then sift in flour
Step 3: Gently stir in Chocolate and pour into a 20cm cake tin, lined with baking parchment.
Step 4: Bake for 35 minutes, until skewer comes out clean.
Step 5: Cool in tin before cutting into slices

I've never made (or even tasted blondies) before, but they look delicious! I'll have to give these a go.
