Competition Now Closed
Beyond the Bean kindly sent me an assorted box of Byron Bay Cookies to try recently. With flavours like Triple Chocolate Fudge, Sticky Date, Ginger and Walnut, Lemon and Macadamia Nut, White Chocolate and Macadamia Nut (they like their macadamia nuts!) and not forgetting the Strawberry and Clotted Cream variety - I was spoilt for choice.
They use locally sourced ingredients and free range eggs in their cookies, which are incredibly thick, crumbly and have generous helpings of nuts, chocolate and fruit in them. My favourite would have to be the Triple Chocolate Fudge, but I'm a sucker for anything chocolately!

I love oatmeal and raisin cookies, they seem quite healthy to me so i don't mind eating 5 of them in one sitting. :-)

It's got to be Strawberry and Clotted Cream for me. It's an unusual flavour but makes you wonder why nobody thought of it before. Ideal.

Pizza Hut's warm and gooey chocolate chip cookie dough is absolute heaven mmmm. For a standard cookie though it's got to be triple chocolate for me too!

Mine are the heart shaped cookies I came home to today made by my middle daughter whilst I was at work. Vanilla and sprinkled with sugar I wasn't even through the door before her wee chubby paw shoved one at me and demanded I 'eat it mummy'!!!
