ReplyDeleteMy favourite recipes are White Chocolate and Raspberry Blondies and a chocolate cake made using mashed potato (sounds weird I know, but it makes such a soft, moist cake that can be baked in a big cake tin or as muffins.)
I love a cake that has any sort of fruit and cream in it. Had a lovely one last week at a NT property with plums glazed on top.
