No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

A no bake chocolate peanut butter bar.
ingredients:
- 50g Butter, softened
- 200g Smooth Peanut Butter
- 200g Icing Sugar, sieved
- 50g Dark Muscavado Sugar
- 300g Dark Chocolate
instructions:
- Line a 20cm square tin with baking parchment.
- In a large bowl mix together the butter, peanut butter, icing sugar and dark muscavado sugar until well combined then press firmly into the tin.
- Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave (in 20 second bursts so not to burn it) then spread onto the peanut butter layer. Chill for 2 hours before cutting into squares.
