Knorr UK in association with the gourmet online food store Forman and Field kindly sent me one of their Seasonal Hampers to try as part of their 'Best of British campaign', headed up by the chef Marco Pierre White. My box arrived today and was full to the brim with gorgeous Christmassy offerings including;

It's a real shame Christmas Day isn't this week as I would have been set!
Knorr has set me a challenge of creating some dishes using the contents of the box so over the coming few weeks I will be making and blogging some festive recipes, including some new ideas for Christmas leftovers. First up will be a Stilton, Bacon and Sage pasta - a great way to use up that leftover Stilton from the Christmas cheese board, but there will also be Smoked Salmon Pate as well as a fab Turkey Curry coming up too.
