A Honey and Peanut Butter Flapjack recipe. Perfect for breakfasts on the go.

Honey and Peanut Butter Flapjacks
These honey and peanut butter flapjacks are now my official weekday grab and go breakfast. I make a big batch on Sunday evening and I'm all set for the week.

If you're not overly keen on peanut butter, you can always substitute it for an extra 100g of ordinary butter if you wanted. Alternatively try almond or cashew butter instead.

A handful of raisins makes a nice addition too, as do chopped apricots. My kids favourite variation are some milk choc chips thrown into the mix!
