Snow-Flecked Brownies

These festive snow-flecked brownies are adapted from a recipe by Nigella Lawson.

I whipped them up for a family gathering last weekend. The recipe makes 20 bars, so perfect for parties.

TOP TIPS FOR MAKING THE BROWNIES

  • Try adding a handful of dried cranberries to the brownie mix for added fruitiness.
  • The zest of an orange would also be a nice addition.
  • These brownies can be frozen for up to 3 months so why not make a double batch and freeze half?

  1. White chocolate buttons just about sums up the whimsy in these brownies.
